This machine is suitable for mechanical sludge removal in radial or vertical flow settling tanks (p<15m) without a central support pillar. The machine is equipped with a fixed platform spanning the tank, and during operation, the entire load is concentrated on the center of the working bridge. Wastewater flows evenly from the center of the tank to its periphery through a flow-guiding tube. As the flow velocity decreases, suspended solids in the wastewater settle to the bottom of the tank.The sludge scraper at the tank bottom gathers the settled sludge into a central mud pit, which is then discharged from the sludge pipe by static water pressure.
